The Railroad Model & Historical Society of Southeastern Ohio is pleased to present our Annual Holiday Railfair!


During the 2nd weekend in December, our Club holds its annual Holiday Railfair to help usher in the Holiday Cheer. While Model Railroading is a year round activity for us, Model Railroading is often associated with the Holidays in people's minds and hearts. Seeing a train making its way down the tracks often brings back fond memories of Holidays past and never fails to bring out the kid in people. That is why our Club puts on Railfair as a gift to the community durring the season of giving.  

Railfair 2023's Date is scheduled for December 10th - 11th.

   Though Railfair has taken place at different locations over the years, recently it has been held at the Market on State in Athens. The Market on State is a great location for the show as the mall looks very festive that time of year and it really sets a good atmosphere. Our model railroad displays also give the general public a chance to pause during the sometimes frantic days leading up to Christmas and enjoy themselves as they watch the trains make their ways through the scenery.
