Our History
The Club known now as The Railroad Model and Historical Society of Southeastern Ohio, Inc. was formed between 1981
and 1983 and was known as The Athens Model Railroad Association. In 1985 it was changed to the Ohio University
Railroad Club, and then the Railroad Club of Southeastern Ohio in 1986. In 1995 we became The Railroad Model and Historical Society of Southeastern Ohio, Inc. and in 2000 the group acquired nonprofit status.
